Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room had a fantastic view of the Kaaba, making my prayers even more special. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Essam from the front office. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the Haram, and the dining experience offered a good variety of dishes. While the rooms were not what I expected compared to other properties, I would still consider returning for the overall experience.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with separate living areas, adding an extra level of comfort. The service provided by staff members like Mr Hazazi and Abdulmajeed Alotaibi was excellent, always friendly and accommodating. The location is a major advantage, being very close to Masjid al Haram. However, the dining experience could use some improvement, especially for the price paid.
The hotel is conveniently close to Alharam, offering clean and spacious rooms and helpful, friendly service. However, the dining experience fell short in quality, and some areas are in need of refurbishment.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, while clean, felt outdated and in need of refurbishment. The view of Al Kabaa from the shower room was a unique feature. The staff at breakfast were helpful, making the experience enjoyable. The hotel's location, just steps from Alharam, was fantastic, offering a great view and delicious breakfast. However, the persistent requests for tips from the Filipino staff member were a minor inconvenience.
The hotel's location is very convenient with all facilities within reach. The rooms, although a bit dated, were on different floors and not ready upon late check-in. The service was friendly, especially from Ms. Sara, Mr Naif, Ms. Nouf, and Mr Khalid. The dining experience at Qaser Restaurant on the 12th level was amazing. The hotel's proximity to the Ka'aba and shopping centers is a plus, but it is away from the Masjid Al-Haram and Jeddah Airport.
The hotel is located in the outstanding Ajyad area of Mecca, just 1 km away from the city center, making it an excellent choice. My room had a very small window facing another building, but it was clean and tidy. The service was exceptional with staff always smiling and accommodating. The dining experience was awesome, suitable for all tastes and even for those with food allergies. The facilities were top-notch, meeting all my needs during the stay.
The hotel was not maintained well and had a bad smell in the rooms upon check-in, leading to a delay in room transfer. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were lovely, with a small living room and even a guest toilet near the reception floor. While not as spacious as expected, they were ready before my arrival. The service exceeded my expectations, especially from Ms. Sara, Mr Naif, Ms. Nouf, and Mr Khalid who were all very helpful. The location was excellent, less than 7-10 minutes to the Haram, with friendly staff and a great breakfast buffet. The dining experience was outstanding, catering to all tastes, and the facilities provided were top-notch.
I was truly amazed by the exceptional service and comfort at Raffles Makkah Palace. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, providing a relaxing stay. The location was perfect for quick access to Alharam and the delicious breakfast was a great start to the day. However, the feather bedding might be an issue for some, and occasionally waiting for breakfast items was a minor inconvenience.
The hotel's rooms are spacious and nicely designed with a guest bathroom, lounge, dining area, bedroom, and en-suite. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the hotel caters to preferred nationalities. The location in the Ajyad area of Mecca, just 1 km from the city center, is outstanding, making it very convenient for pilgrims visiting the holy mosque. The dining experience offers a wide variety of food choices and is delightful, while the service is top-notch with professional and friendly staff.
